Located in the heart of Beverlywood, this project transformed an existing single-family residence through a comprehensive interior renovation and the addition of a 1,392.65 sq ft second story, along with a first-floor addition totaling 2,701.35 sq ft. The result is a refined 4,094 sq ft traditional home that harmonizes timeless detailing with modern comfort. The interiors showcase coffered ceilings, custom cabinetry thoughtfully designed for each room, and intricate millwork that unifies the architectural language throughout. Each bathroom was meticulously detailed with bespoke materials and carefully coordinated fixtures, balancing elegance with functionality.

Role

Lead in interior detailing and construction administration for Bennett Lerner Interiors. I developed all interior construction details, including custom cabinetry and millwork, as well as the exterior architectural and decorative elements, ensuring seamless integration between interior and exterior design. My responsibilities also encompassed technical coordination, verifying that all fixtures and equipment fit and functioned precisely within their designated spaces, and construction management, providing on-site collaboration with the contractor to maintain accuracy and uphold the design intent throughout the home.
